This month is the start of MLB spring training. It is a time where young prospects look to make the final MLB rosters for their respective teams. Whether they are a pitcher or a catcher or somewhere in the field these young kids are fighting for a roster spot on the MLB team or they get sent to the minors and could be called up at a later date. It is also a time where the veterans get back in their groove and the managers get to try some unconventional things. This years spring training also happens to fall while the World Baseball Classic is happening. Which is like the World Cup of Baseball. Therefore some of the spring training regulars are away to play for their respective countries in the WBC. This will open roster spots on the lineup for more prospects to play in spring training games. This is a chance for the top prospects to possibly make it to the show. But will they, that is to be determined.
