NHL Deadline

This week in sportsball is the upcoming NHL trade deadline which is slated to be the most story-lined deadline in history. Some major names are rumored to be moved to new teams and picks swapped like crazy. It will be like the stock exchange in the morning. Names like Patrick Kane, Timo Meier and more are the likely players to be moved due to various reasons. And teams like the San Jose Sharks and Chicago Blackhawks are expected to blow it up and hit the reset button while other teams like the New York Rangers and New Jersey Devils are expected to build upon what they already have while some teams may stay quiet and do nothing. Every team has a need to fill and will choose whether to fix it now or later in the offseason. It’s an odd time of year and it gets very hectic for 2 weeks as the deadline approaches.
