On February 26th “Fuller House” premiered on Netflix. The first season was released and contained 13 episodes as a start. The show was an iconic moment in television history as fans were able to relive their childhood memories by getting to see the whole cast come together once again.
Although the show did have some minor faults, such as the corny jokes, the forced catchphrases, and also how they have made some more rather inappropriate jokes instead of the family-friendly comedy that everybody remembers, it is a show that hopefully will be sticking around for a few years.
On March 2nd, 2016 Netflix announced that they will be renewing the show for season two. Fuller House may have received some bad reviews, but people don’t understand that a show needs time to develop and Fuller House season two is gonna be amazing.
I disagree with this because most of them just aren’t giving the show a chance. However people don’t understand that the next season of Fuller House will allow the show to develop the story more. “Next Season, if we get one I want to develop the kids more on the show. Have them carry a little more story, a little more emotional stuff,” said John Stamos, executive producer and recurring character in the new show.
The making of season two will allow the show to develop more of the newer characters on the show and update us more on what some of the older characters are doing in the show. The next season is gonna be filled with so much more story, so many more life lessons, and many more family moments.
Season two is going to answer some questions that were left untouched in season one. Repeated questions that were asked as people began watching the show was where is Michelle?; What is DJ doing with her love life? Is Kimmy ever gonna get back with Fernando for good? These questions have potential of being answered in the coming season.
The show was “all that and a bag of chips”as Kimmy would say. It allowed people to relieve their childhoods and to share it with their own kids a part of their childhood, but with a little more of technology and references that will be understood by all.
